COMPACT COACHING

Sometimes, leaders find it difficult to participate in on-going coaching, which usually consists of weekly or bi-weekly meetings over the course of several months. Their schedules are too inflexible to allow for regular meetings.

Some Maxwell Lynch Consulting clients are located in Southern California, the Midwest, or on the East Coast. It is easier for them to complete assessment work in advance, then dedicate two or three full days to working in person with their coach, with on-going support by phone.
