ROSEMARY MAXWELL LYNCH, PSY.D.

Dr. Lynch has provided in-depth consultation to organizations for 20 years. Her clients include corporations, non-profit groups, and government agencies. Dr. Lynch encourages individuals and management teams to identify and utilize their strengths, while helping them define leadership skills they'd like to develop, then coaches them to create action plans to reach their developmental goals.

She provides management level coaching, conflict resolution for team members, and management team building facilitation. She also serves as a trusted advisor to leaders across the country, focusing on helping her clients apply sound organizational principles to best business practices.

She holds a Doctor of Psychology degree in Organizational Psychology, a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and is a Certified Executive Coach through the Professional School of Psychology in Sacramento, California.

She is also an Associate of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association .
